I am so blessed to get tons of hand me downs for the kids but every now and then I will receive something that is just not my style. Not wanting to let a perfectly good outfit go to waste, I like to tweak things a bit to make them work.
This dress started out with a few too many bows and a butterfly embroidery I just couldn't bring myself to keep.
I used a seam ripper to remove the bow on the waist of the dress and added a fabric flower to cover the butterfly. Super easy and quick fix!
