Painted Rocks

The Lord has been speaking

to me

and to us

as a family.

Big things.

Scary things.

God things.

So we painted some rocks of remembrance

so we don't forget what God is calling us to do.

And when things get hard

or we start to lose focus

we can go back to the rocks

and be reminded of God's plan for our family.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Matthew 28:19-20

Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding.

The rocks were a family project.

I painted the front of the rocks

and my hubby wrote specific bible passages on the backs.

And Mackenzie painted some rocks of her own.

And just for fun we painted some....

dogs and doggie treats

bugs

{Mackenzie's favorite is the lady bug}

and a fish.
