Pee Pee Tee Pee

I got peed on.
One too many times.
So I decided to make some diaper changing cones.

I used this tutorial from Little Birdie Secrets.

They were super easy to make.

Here's to staying dry during diaper changes!

*I used a 6 1/2 in. diameter for the half circles and they seemed a little big. I think they would work better if they were smaller...maybe a 5-5 1/2 diameter.

Cardboard playhouse

Looking for a fun summer project for the kiddos?

Head over to your local Costco (if you don't have one in your town you are SO missing out)...
pick up one of these super awesome cardboard playhouses (they were $20)...
give your kids some crayons, markers, paint, stickers, etc. and let them go crazy!

Now your kids can draw on "their" walls without getting in trouble. Who wouldn't love that!?

Super cool invites

The other day I received these amazing invitations for my cousin's wedding.

They are right in so many ways.
Fabric...yes please!
Teal and Orange...one of my new favorite color combinations
And to add the perfect touch they are sewn together

It's like they were made just for me :)

You could also take this idea and make your own super cool birthday, baby shower, etc. invitations.

Just get some medium to heavy weight fabric, cut it into squares (or the shape of your choice) for the background, print up some fun wording with all the party details on card stock, and then stitch together on your sewing machine with a contrasting thread.

Now if only I had a party to plan...

Painting

The other day I broke out the watercolors for the first time and let Mackenzie paint.

She did so good and loved every second of it.

My little budding artist!

*I wrote this post and a few others pre Wesley. So if you see anything other than baby pics for the next few days just know they were prepared ahead of time :)
