Mei Tai Baby Carrier

I have been meaning to post this for a while so here it finally is. At one of the boutiques I was doing I saw a lady who was selling these for $90 each and thought to myself, "I can make that!" So I went to Joanns, got some fabric on sale, sat down at my sewing machine and got busy. It ended up being a little time consuming but easy to sew (just straight lines) and Mackenzie loves it! And I love how I can wear her on my front or my back and I love how comfortable it is (way better than the Baby Bjorn we have). Anyways, I am a big fan of them! Let me know if you want to make one yourself and I'll give you some of the websites I found with instructions.

(Sorry that some of the pictures are blurry but I wanted you to be able to see the different positions and views)

could you send me the instructions on how to make one? I'd like to give it a try. I think Sawyer might like it. Thanks. Oh, and congrats on the new baby! How exciting. It's hard, but so fun having them close in age.

I have been wanting to make a mei tai.. but I am so not a sewer! But you are inspiring me to borrow a machine and hit Joanne's myself.. where did you get the instructions for yours.. could not tell are they padded? I would also want to be able to have straps long enough to always tie in front regardless of where my baby is (front or back) how long do you think they would need to be for that?
