A weekend away

 Hi friends!

Just in case you thought I fell off the edge of the world or came down with the Hantavirus while in Yosemite

I didn't.

But I did go to Boise for the weekend with my hubby!

And just my hubby!

Yes, you read that right....NO KIDS!

The first getaway we have had ever since kids have entered our life.

It was so overdue. 

We went to visit with one of my cousins and his awesome wife. 

Thanks to all of our parents who collaborated to make the trip possible (Aaron's mom and stepdad and my parents took turns watching the kids and Aaron's dad flew us there).

We had a great time in Boise!

We rode bikes,

and had lots of conversations without kids interrupting

and ate lots of yummy food. 

It was such a relaxing, fun weekend with my hubby and family.

And it was so good to get away kidless for the weekend although I swear they grew and got older while we were gone.
And although I have some fun crafts and other posts to share with you I may need the next couple days to recover and do laundry from all of our trips.

But I'll be back soon!
