Lindsey over at the Pleated Poppy
does a little something called
What I Wore Wednesday (WIWW).
Every Wednesday she posts what she wore the week before.
She originally started it to
keep her accountable on actually getting out of her sweats or PJs everyday (or most days)
and to put a little effort in to her appearance.
What a thought! :)
I've been looking at her WIWW's posts for a while now
and looking at the way I dress most days
and figured I should probably get on the bandwagon too.
I can't guarantee I will post my outfits every week
because let's be honest that means I have to take a picture everyday and I'm super likely to forget.
But I'll do my best.
Before we start off let me fill you in on my style
or lack thereof.
I pretty much wear jeans and a t shirt
In the winter it's usually jeans and a sweater
(or a jacket or both because I am always cold!).
That's my standard.
Also I have a confession to make.
I took these pictures 3 weeks ago and am finally posting them.
Partially because I was debating whether or not I wanted to commit to do this somewhat regularly
and partially because I was debating whether or not I wanted to air my lack of fashion to all of you.
Ok here goes...
I can't even remember what I did this day but I was probably just stayed around the house.
Not sure what I did this day either. Maybe that's why you are supposed to post your pictures the week you take them :)
shirt: Forever 21
(From this picture I just realized I need some new ones. Look at those knees!)
sandals: gift from a friend but from Target
sweater jacket: vintage
This day I had a doctor's appointment, stopped by my parents house for a visit, and ran some errands with the kiddos.
shirt: made by me
This day I had a bunch of friends over for a crazy, loud, fun play date at my house.
shirt dress: Macy's
(My mom used to work at Macy's so I would get all her awesome discounts. Oh how I miss those!)
shirt: clearance at Walmart
This day Aaron got the day off work so we went to Disneyland!
comfy walking shoes: Puma from Nordstroms
Look at Wesley's face...he's not too sure about those bears!
I ended up throwing a cardigan over it because it was a little chilly.
shirt: Old Navy
Hope it was fun for you guys to see what I wore.
