After my friend saw my covered notebook tutorial she was telling me how much she wanted one... so for her birthday I made her the pink and brown one above. *I made these notebooks a little differently than the ones in the tutorial. I kept the original binding as it was and cut a separate piece of card stock for the front and the back so no seams were visible. I think I like how it turned out better.
Her name is Michelle so I added an "m" to the front right corner to personalize it. 
This one with the "K" I made for myself :) I'll show you what I use it for tomorrow...
