Last night Little Miss Trouble
(a.k.a. Mackenzie)
struck again.
This time it was with a marker.

I was in the other room with Wesley and Aaron when the crime took place.
After her graffiti fun, Mackenzie ran up to me and turned herself in.
Mackenzie: "Mommy, I made a bad choice. I was coloring with the marker ALL over my hands and my sheets".
Me (running to her room): "Show me. (I walk into her room and see the marker)...AARON!"
My first words to Aaron, "Why does it always have to be on the bedding!"
At least it was only on the sheets this time.
There's never a dull moment in this house.

Nice that she turned herself in! My little miss trouble has always been brutally honest but she has decided to give lying a spin this last week. We're working on 'lying gets you in more trouble than just telling the truth' right now. We don't lie to mommy, kthx.
Washable marker, I hope? In our house it's always on the couch :) I can empathize.

I am in stitches! Thank you for sharing this with us all. Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one figuring out how to remove special stains out of everything lol.
Ugh...:) Actually, I thought of you this weekend when my 2 year old smeared Aquaphor all over..... at least it doesn't have a scent like diaper cream!
Ah, markers. My 6 year old still does this! You'd expect it out of my 22 month old, not the 6 year old. I wont buy her new bedding until she's done with this! I feel your pain :)
