What I Wore

For all of you who are new here

or just wonder, "Why does she post pictures of herself every Wednesday"

I thought I'd recap the reason behind my weekly "What I Wore Wednesday" posts.

Lindsey at the Pleated Poppy started "What I Wore Wednesday's" a year or so ago.

She started it as an encouragement/accountability tool for all of us stay at home moms (or anyone really)

to get out of our jammies and actually put a little effort into our appearance.

I don't know about you but since I have had kids I feel like my appearance has definitely dropped a couple of notches.

Let's be real...when you have 2 little ones who could get into anything

the second you are not looking

you only have so much time to get ready in the morning.

Something's got to give.

So most days my hair is left curly or thrown into a ponytail

and my face gets a 2 minute application of makeup

but at least {most} days my outfits are somewhat put together.

And it's amazing how a little put togetherness on the outside can make me feel so much more energetic and put together on the inside and ready to conquer the day.

Anyways, enough with the chatting here are my outfits for the week :)
